At Running Lab, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your stride. If your new gear isn't performing as expected, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected by an outer mailing bag.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our lab technicians inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
